Biography
Having been performing for over a decade, Jeric is a versatile actor and singer. He would put his dramatic chops to use in roles such as Jean in Julie: After Strindberg, Winston Smith in a stage adaptation of Orwell’s 1984, and Valentine Coverly in Stoppard’s Arcadia, and he is no stranger to comedic roles as he has also appeared in roles such as Amos Hart in Chicago, the Bad Idea Bear in Avenue Q, and Chip Tolentino in Spelling Bee.
Jeric has been trained in puppetry, improv, musical theatre singing, and of course acting. He also has some experience with ballet and jazz dance. In terms of dialects, he has learned numerous accents including but not limited to American Southern, British RP, and New York. He has also picked up several odd skills such as the ability to say the alphabet backwards and the ability to ride a hover board (with style I might add).
Jeric has earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in drama from the Claire Trevor School of The Arts at UC Irvine and is currently part of FST’s acting apprentice program in Sarasota, FL. Recently, he has just finished up with FST’s run of Charlotte’s Web as the loveable pig Wilbur and is set to take part in FST’s mainstage production of Network this winter.
